With a team of approximately 84 employees that spans 5 countries , Pesapal and Ticketsasa are the utter definition of a pan African enterprise. It was therefore no small fete when we assembled our colleagues from Arusha, Dar es salaam, Zanzibar, Kampala, Nairobi, Mombasa and Lilongwe in Diani for a much needed “strategy revision” (or vacay depending on how you look at it). As the Kenyan group, we were determined to show our African counterparts precisely why Tembea Kenya has become the phenomenon that it is.
